Please leave condo as you found it. We rent to families and adults age 23 and over.

1/2 due at signing of lease, balance varies. $350.00 security deposit. |
Cancellation / Refund Policy : |
|
| Security deposit fully refundable pending fines or problems with condo. Deposit monies only refundable if we can re-rent your week for the same amount, otherwise you would get the difference.

Linen Service : |
|
| Linens, including all fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillow cases, 10 towels and 10 wash cloths, can be rented for $50/week.
